How do I delete an account?

To delete an existing account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the Member Management icon in the staff administration menu
  2. Click the Members tab
  3. Locate the member account you wish to delete
  4. Place a check mark in the box next to the member’s account that you want to delete
  5. Click the Delete Checked button

    Important Note
    I f you wish to block a member from accessing the site, we recommend you disable their account rather than deleting their account. If you delete their account, they can easily re-register on the site with the same information. If you disable the account, the individual will not be able to access the site, nor will they be able to re-register with the same information from the original member account.
